Absolutely disappointedOur family is never coming here again & we will not be recommending this Chemist to any one.I asked for Non Generic medication , was given again generic medication and given a lecture how wrong Im and Im not .i dont want Generic Meds full stop , they are not the same as they make me very sick ! Your Capital Chemist here only supplies Generic and its charges out as The NoN Generic after packing the generic in Webster packs without us knowing.At Chemist Warehouse its $69.00 cheaper per 4 Weeks plus.Charges here at Capital Chemist are way to expensive ,DISGUSTING PRICES for Pensioners especially !Accounts should not be opened without Customers Permission as staff forgets they get paid in cash and double charging applies by the wife this is happened to more then one of us ! Thats $83.00 x2 out of our pocket is not exeptable !Obviously negative posts get deleted here only good ones are allowed .You are welcome to delete us to but we are letting you know we are reporting you for NOT giving Palmwoods Community - us the customer here at Palmwoods a choice of what we buy and making customers sick with pushing Generic Medication with also over pricing and double charging.We already contacted authority's, we tried speaking to the owner Owen it fell on deaf ears the wife knows it all. !Extremely disappointed .
